Customer Review: Excellent Budget Fit

If you are looking to extend the life of your Toshiba without purchasing a new one, I would suggest this charger. The cord has three prongs, so it will not fit into the standard two prong outlets;however, most places and homes have the right outlet. If not you could always get a surge protector with three prongs...(I hope its called prongs!) Anyway, after searching for months on Toshiba and a few other sites this was the least expensive and had good reviews. The other sites are selling it for $79 at the lowest, I purchased this one for under $50 can't remember exact price. If you have a budget and don't want to buy a new laptop yet, this charger is a excellent fit.
Depending on how far your outlet is from where you are using the laptop it may be a problem, the cord is not as long as the original however I have not had any problems. So when reading other reviews keep in mind how far you are will work from outlet. I would estimate the charger to be around 8-9 ft.
Hope this helps, it is the cheapest!
